Well lets see. Defqon 1 was $%^& awesome can't wait till next year. But coming up is stereo sonic :) love that.

Some quick updates:

- Diet didn't go well as planned only for the first couple of weeks abut still.

About 70 kg now. Lost the bet to Matthew i clearly look more tank but the bet was about abs so fucK! wasn't enough. It will still take me about 1.2 seconds to drop him. xD hope your reading this!

time to train for stereo-sonic punk ass:) going to train with Mr. NSW and hopefully MR. Asian Pacific for bodybuilding.

Gonna eat an cook for you guys if you wanna learn or perve at my awesome dishes. :D

For The Weeks Ahead

Lets see its about one month before defqon.1 and a few months ago, a bet had been made between a friend of mine and myself about who will have the better 6 pack by that time.

My results haven not been that great yet due to being sick in the small holiday that I had. Where my plan was meant to commence. When i became better the results have been good last few weeks before university started.

I went from ~76kg down to ~68-69 kg in about 3 weeks. Great results. =]

Now just before my starting day of my intense diet for the next 4 weeks. I hope I do not fail uni during this phase xD.

Going back to this evil diet hopefully will be awesome. Haven't done it in years.

Its 2:21am and i'm still not asleep yet not so great for this start. But we'll see how it goes.

CITY!! wee!! walked around looked at places explores. T_T walked from circular quay tooo town tall! LOL im taking the train next time. when at town hall met up with NEVILLE AND MATHEW! and... SHIT I FORGOT THEM! there was a dannie? we hung out and then ate then 9 PM FIRE WORKS! WOOT!. then waited for the TRIO LISA THUY AND THANH LIKE 40 min plus for them to come faill. and thier secret boyfriends? umm weasle , jono and something . met with them hanged out more then walked it to the bridge...

22nd dec thanhs xmas party = pure awesomeness

woooh! today was thanhs xmas party great fun:) i went to christina's house first to hang out. then at approximately 2pm her brother drove us to thanh's house. knocked at the front door no answer so we went around back and and saw that thanh was still in her pjs :) ovening the mushrooms because her mum washed them because (mushroom+water= big no no) and chopping pineapples :). we said our hi's and loaded of our presents into thanhs room. after a bit we went back to thanh's kitchen and watched her work choppiing capsicums now. untill minh dang came knocking at the front door which christina answered while i waited in thanhs room ready to bust out and scare her:) which i did .muhahha . after wards i assisted thanh in moving all the ingredients to the round table where the 3 of us minh christina and i. assembled the aussie kebabs :) while Thanh did the lolly packets. which thanh was kinda panicing cause she didnt know is she had enough time to get ready. and minh if not she had to go early or not which thanh solved by asking HA to take her :) problem solved.at around 3 ish we finished the kebabs and the 3 of us again did the lollies while thanh got ready. we owned the lolly packets which were awesome (made of thanh/ha baked cookie,2 gummi packets,and one candycane). then we rested in the living room while thanh got ready. until nick came me and him played fifa :) i got owned xD
then thanh lost her necklace more so she couldnt find it :) one with bells on it

then more people came

Background info:
Leo: played cricket when he was small with his best friend Chris with a rubbish bin and hand ball and a bat that HE won from school . he excelled at bowling cause he always got bowled out by his friend.

Duy: played cricket as in numerous teams throughout his life:) played for school and now plays for B-Grade team :)

today cricket at the nets somewhere near rebel sports. two and a half hours playing the poo got soo hot.

Formal was great.morning woke up around 9 and just relaxed until 3 then got ready!

OK . I Leo Trinh have to type this blog correctly for him.

Ok. I started the day waking up at 10 am.
Brushed my teeth and ate and sat to watch tv. Then after duy called and said if i wanted to help him. I said okay. later on he picked me up.when we walked out side it was FREAKING HOT OMFG!! i started to sweat when i got out of the house. and we drove to cabra. WITH THE VAN the great van oh we love the van!.

it bloody hell broke down! in the freaking heat, at cabramatta car park! a van! a bloody van and guess who had to push the frekin heavy thing ME! but im tank so i did. so easy! :)

IT WAS SO HOT PUSHING IT. and it got even hotter when i had to wait around for duy's dad to come. so i went to go buy us drinks. i bought myself a peach tea oishi and i bought duy water!

WHen duy's dad came we tried to fix it . but failed epically. after we went to buy stuff but didnt end up buying anything! freaking alchie asian guy at cabra should poke him in the ribs!

after we waiting in the FREAKIN HEAT and rain wating for the NRMA guy. duy and i were thinking how the hell he got the car down he came and the van started wokring again... faill xD

o.o! woke up at like 10 something.. dead tired.

yesterday was cuong'd birthday bash! epically awesome! LOL laughed soo much thanks to mathew daniel and quoc xD xD

start of that day went para shopping with duy and twee :) bought cuong these awesome shirts then after that went to thanhs to cook ! leo learned the dessert is a science =] i am the greatest book shelf! <3miss them all!

well today went shop and clothes shopping with duy and bloody hell miinh calls me and says christina is ONLINE GET HOME!!. i got home withing 5 mins and i missed her by 3 SO CUT!

spent the rest of the night watching Glee! WHICH IS AWESOMEEEE i totally recommend it to everyone! :)

following days have been boring yet emotionally draining bbq-ing heat to middle of the day showers. days where you can sleep in not having a care in the world, waking up with a sore body from the previous night training makes you unable to move, laying in bed thinking of what to do next . eat! first thing that comes to mind :) where is desseert!! ;) PILE ON THE FAT (eg energy to gain muscle ;) )

after eating spent the whole day sorting out my burn pile for Thanh's HSC BURNING though rummaging through all the year 12 shit that have already thrown in the burning pile. i believe that i am done. there were a few boxes left unopened. opening them i came upon all the work ive done through the years of my high school education the 2 yearly reports each year during high school a few were missing though the fluctuating marks makes me smile at my awesomeness xD. images of the little terror that i was not listening to the teachers following my childhood friend dominic morgan joining him in our terrorist attacks agasint the teachers that taught us. Books that date back to year 8 spark many memories. from the years where susan tran came to the school and wreak havoc in our science class, minh and vu dating me daring vu to apirl fool her , the constant grafting of my school books by the asians though i see none from thanh how ever,the small gifts the were never given, the tutor work i have done over the years fill up many small boxes, notes the we passed throughout the class patrick convincing the asians in electronics to take up breaking, the creation of my girlish nickname leotty from lisa ly, my failness at covering books during the year of commerce and food tech where i got my awesome god sis lisa to cover them for me :) HAPPY FEET AND MADAGASCAR, the small pictures the came into craze that twee drew for me,old decks of cards that were used to play throughout recess and lunch, the memories of the trio phi scott and i all in the same commerce food tech and electronics :D awesome times

THEN CAME THE SENIOR CRAP epic cool from no work in my ancient history book with christina writing leo <3 christina all over my books kekekeke early signs! tooooo 35 % in phyics too an epic pass and 1st in phyics!BOO YEAH! so many memories! too many my head is hurting from all the thinking. memories cluttered and all will never be forgotten <3
